Scheduling
Generally, when setting up the appointment, I need a few days before
I can get out to the property and a few days after that to get the
plans completed and emailed to you. It is best to allow a week (or
more, if possible) for this process. I understand that sometimes
your clients want to go on the market very quickly and you may not
have a week before the plans are needed. If this is the case, please
do call and check with me. I may be able to fit your job in depending
on how busy my schedule is which can vary from week to week.
Rush
Jobs
There will be rush charge of $45.00 for jobs with a turnaround time
of 48 hours or less.
Payment
Payment must be by VISA, MasterCard, check, money order or cash
and is due upon delivery of the completed job. Payments not received
within 30 days of delivery will be assessed a late fee of $25.00.
There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
Delivery
The plans will be emailed to you in PDF format for printing and
also in JPEG format to use on the web.
Key
Pick Up/Drop Off
If I have to stop by the real estate office to pick up and drop
off keys for the property there will be an additional charge of
$15.00.
Square
Footage Estimates
The estimated square footage is used mainly for determining the
cost of the plans. Complete accuracy is not really possible without
sitting down with a set of blueprints as the square footage is determined
by the exterior wall measurements. I try to make my estimates as
accurate as possible but it is just an estimate and is not guaranteed.
I prefer not to put the estimated square footage on the floor plans.
